Purpose
The mission of this board is to develop, manage, and coordinate mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services through collaborative efforts with consumers, providers, and the community. Partners BHM desires to facilitate a culturally competent service system that promotes independence and wellness, encourages personal responsibility, advocates for community integration, and influences public policy.
